Create Filter Rule for O365 E-mail Log into Penn O365 Web Mail ClientLink to Penn O365 E-Mail Click on the Sprocket in the Upper Right Click on Mail in the left hand column Click on Rules in the middle column Click Add New Rule in the right column Fill out the 3 fields A common rule format is: Name From - Specific E-Mail Address Move To - Folder of your choosing If you want any E-Mails that you have that current meet the rule, you can select Run rule now Hit Save Once saved you can close the Web Mail client.
