The Classroom Setup
The Executive Suite Multipurpose space(s) acts as 3 individual classrooms. It can also become one large Multipurpose/Event space. To use the combined large space contact IT to set this configuration in advance.

Starting the System
To start, select one of the "Sources". This will power up the system.
Select "PC desktop 1" to access the in-room PC. "PC Desktop 2" allows you to share your extended screen.

Connect to Your Device
Select "Laptop" and Connect the Laptop to the HDMI cable on the Podium. There is a USB-C adaptor on the Podium. This will display your Laptop.
Select "Wireless Projection" to share content Wirelessly Via the Mersive Solstice Pod
Step-by-Step Guide:
Note: If you’ve previously installed the Solstice app, skip step 2
Step 1: Connect to the internet using AirPennNet, AirPennNet-Guest, or eduroam
Step 2: Download and install the Mersive Solstice app to your device. Download directly from https://www.mersive.com/download/
Step 3: Using the controls or touch panel in the room, turn on the projector and/or LED displays by selecting either Laptop or Wireless Laptop
Step 4: Open the Solstice app, type the IP address shown on the room display into the search bar, and click enter.
Step 5: Type in the 4-digit key shown on the displays in the room. This key will change on each use. Then select what you would like to share (Desktop, App Window, or Media File). Desktop will share your entire device screen. App Window will allow you to share a single app window such as a PowerPoint or web browser. Media File will allow you to share an individual audio or video file.

Adjusting the Camera
Select Camera "Controls" To adjust the camera's position. you can also select the Presenter Camera or the Audience Camera.

Audio Controls
The "Source Audio" Controls are located to the right of the touch screen. This will control the volume of the source that you are sharing. Select "Microphone Controls" to adjust the Podium Microphone/and Hand Held Microphones.
Misc:
You can Manually power on the Projector and the Confidence Monitor.
When using a Mac laptop there are times when you will have to go into the System settings to adjust the output to project the audio into the space. Below is a link describing this process.
