The Classroom Setup

There are three screens in a classroom:

The control panel: This is where you choose how to display your content and set up audio/camera.

Preview Monitor: This is connected to the classroom computer. You can log into the classroom computer from here to present your content.

Projector Screen: This is the big screen to display your content for students to view.

Connecting to your devices

- Touch the screen to begin.
- Select your preferred method for displaying your content:

Desktop: Unlock the preview monitor screen (ALT + Ctrl + Delete) and log in with your PennKey. Remember to log off when finish using it.

Laptop: Connect your laptop to the in-room system using the cables (located on top or side of the podium). Your laptop screen will then be projected on both the preview monitor and the projector screen.

Wireless Video: Refer to the instructions on how to use the Mersive Solstice app to wirelessly connect your device.

Using the Classroom Interface
After connection, you can adjust camera/audio settings from the control panel:
Audio Setting:
Adjust the volume using the volume bar on the left.

Camera Setting:
- Tap the camera icon at the top of the screen.
- Select "front" or "rear" to switch the camera angle.
- Use the directional buttons to adjust the camera angle.
