Robin: How to Reserve a Group Study Room

This quick guide walks you through the steps for reserving a group study room via Robin.
Note: These group study rooms are for groups with 2 and more people
Mobile App:
1. Download the Robin App from the app store
2. Log into Robin by entering your UPenn email
3. Select Continue with SSO
4. Log in with your PennKey
5. After logging in, change location to 3700 Walnut Street
6. Select the date you want to book a room (maximum 7 days in advance)
7. Select time duration no more than 2 hours
Note: The available rooms at your selected time will be highlighted in green.
8. Press Reserve, then you will see a confirmation message and the option to share your reservation with your teammates!
Pro Tips:
1. You can edit and cancel your existing reservation when opening Robin App
2. Check in within one hour upon arrival. Otherwise, the room will be automatically abandoned and becomes available on Robin for others to book.
Web Dashboard:
1. Log into Robin via Continue with SSO
2. Then log in with your PennKey
3. You will land on My Meetings tab. Switch to the Office tab and then view the following room reserving in action (no audio) to reserve a room from the web portal.
Note: This demo was recorded via a MacOS device. PC users might have slightly different reservation experience.
