Robin: Getting Started - Reserve Desks

Looking to jump-start your Robin office journey? You've come to the right place! This quick start guide will help you learn all the basics to get going.

Please contact GSE-IT if you don't have a Penn GSE Robin account. Otherwise, you could not reserve a room from the GSE buildings.

Join Penn GSE Robin

Via Single Sign-On (SSO) with your PennKey

Step 1: Open a web browser and go to Robin https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/upenn/login.

Step 2: Select Single sign-on and enter your PennKey username and password

Step 3: After completing DUO authentication, you will land on the My Meetings tab. Please switch to the Office tab from the top of the screen or via the following web link https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/upenn/office to find GSE locations. This is where you'll search for desks and spaces to reserve using an interactive map.

Book your first desk:

Now you're on the interactive map, set your room search criteria using the menus at the top.

Step 1: Use the filter icon in the top right corner to find the best fit space for your reservation.

Step 2: Edit the date and the start time to see available space.

Step 3: Click a green desk icon on the map to book "right now," or click Book a desk from the left side for additional search criteria.

Step 4: Edit the date, start, and end time from the top menu and click Reserve to book a space.

You will then receive a confirmation email from Robin HQ.

Manage your desk reservations:

You can manage your desk reservations under your Profile tab at the top right corner.

Optional: Download the mobile app

Robin has a free mobile app for iOS and Android phones. Scan the QR code with your phone or follow the links below.

Then follow the steps to log in to the mobile app for the first time.
