Using the Zoom Desktop & Mobile Apps

When logging in through the desktop or mobile apps.

Select Sign In with SSO as the sign-in option
Enter your @upenn.edu email address in the Search Company Domain popup

Important note: depending on your device, the popup window may appear differently.

For the popup window with Search company domain, enter your @upenn.edu email address. If it says Sign In with SSO, enter upenn before ".zoom.com"

Did you receive an error?

Ensure you are signed out of all devices from your Zoom profile page and then try signing in using the instructions above.
