GSE-IT has received a handful of tickets and can confirm that there has been NO data loss to date.
Here are the most common issues reported:
- New Top-Level Folder: You may notice a new top-level folder with your name and files inside.
- GSE Folder: Look for a "GSE" folder. Inside, you may see "Users" and "Shared" folders. Some will see their name under "Users," which contains familiar content from the old Dropbox file structure.
Before reporting a missing or corrupted file, please visit dropbox.com to explore the folders and confirm your content exists. Note that you may find it in a different folder than expected. If your files exist online but are not syncing to your computer, you can reinstall the desktop app or open a ticket for IT help. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition.
